Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and shun evil (Proverbs 3:7 NIV)
Trusting in the Lord you have to give him you’re all when you serve him not some of yourself. Trusting the lord is a commitment. Not a one-time thing but a recurrent thing a lifestyle.
Oh the depths of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable his judgments and his paths beyond tracing out (Romans 11:33 NIV).
God has a strong right hand always helping us out. When you reach out to him he hears us. Listen to my prayer, O God, do not ignore my plea; hear me and answer me (Psalm 55:1 NIV).
Since we have given our lives to Jesus Christ we know that he is for us. We have to run away from evil, lust, pride and evil desires of this life (I John 2:16 NIV) that can easily become stumbling blocks to us. Real life shows us our true source of life. Focus on the things that please the lord Proverbs 3:7 fear the lord and shun evil. We have to live by separating ourselves from influences that bring us down. 2Tim 2:22 flee evil, pursue righteousness. Spend a lot of time praying and leaning on God. He promises to honor our commitment to him when we shun evil. When we pursue him, we find abundant life. It’s not natural because of our sin nature (rebellion). We have to make a serious change.
