Are You Struggling To Find Joy In Your Life?
Many People Experience The HIGHS AND LOWS Of Life’s Emotional Roller-coaster
All of us experience a loss, transition or test that makes our lives feel overwhelming or even fearful. During these challenging times, you should seek comfort and relief. Unfortunately, there are many “quick fixes” that do not address the source of your pain. Many choose self-medication, illicit drugs, alcohol, impulse shopping, or food binges. There is also the tendency to isolate from loved ones during these difficult times. While some people may be able to push through challenging times on their own, others can benefit from going to church. If you are struggling, Mexico Word of Life Ministry can be a valuable place to get support, guidance and practical solutions. Join us either in person, online, or via our Podcast.
You Can Feel Better And A RELATIONSHIP WITH THE GOD OF HEAVEN AND EARTH Can Help
It can be so helpful to have someone point out the principles found in the bible that teach us that relying on God and working with him can help us find strength, identify blind spots in our life, and to offer an informed Godly perspective. And, during challenging times, it can also be beneficial to have a compassionate, spirit-filled minister help us identify and address aspects of our lives that are causing pain.
The ministers at Mexico Word of Life Ministries with the help of God can provide you with the safe and nonjudgmental environment to work through challenging situations. The ministerial staff will help you view things from a Godly perspective and offer honest feedback. Together, you will learn effective biblical ways of handling stress and conflict.
And, most importantly, the ministerial staff can help you re-connect to God, your hidden talents, hopes and dreams. It is possible to feel like a new you and to experience peace and joy that are beyond compare.
But, you still may have questions or concerns…
ATTENDING CHURCH Can AN INVESTMENT OF TIME AND REQUIRES CONSISTENCY. I’m not sure it’s worthwhile.
Going to church is an investment in yourself and in your family. When you do this, you are showing to the Lord God that you are serious about change and he will manifest himself to you and in your life. Attending a church that believes in the power of the living God will help you create a solid emotional and spiritual foundation that you and your family can draw on the rest of your life.
I’m worried that I might learn that something is wrong with me – and I’ll lose control of my life.
You’re likely just feeling really bad right now. However, addressing strong emotions with a spirit filled minister of the bible will make it less likely that you’ll lose control. This is counter-intuitive, but very true. When individuals gain God conscience awareness of themselves and healthy coping skills, they become more effective at handling difficult situations. So when you’re contemplating reaching out for help, you are making steps to gain more control of your life.
I’m afraid that church will shine a light on all that is making me feel bad and make me feel even worse.
What going to a spirit filled church will do is make you more aware of what is occurring within your life. The teaching of the bible can sometimes be painful, but sifting and sorting through that pain is necessary to progress and heal. Until you really know what’s wrong, how can you go about fixing it?
Mexico Word of Life Ministries can help you identify self-limiting beliefs, offer you biblical, practical and thoughtful feedback and guide you in ways that you may not be able to push yourself. And, the ministers can provide you with strategies and tools to progress in life. Working through your issues with the Lord God now can not only bring more joy to your life sooner, but it will improve your confidence, strengthen you to strive for more and give you the ability to handle stress.
